- 01If you are not satisfied with the item or made a wrong purchase, you may choose to get a refund (or exchange) within 7 days of purchase. Please, contact us via email at info@italiancoalition.com (Email subject: "Return" or "Exchange"). You will have an option to drop by at our warehouse - Location: #03-386, 202 Kallang Bahru, Singapore 339339 - and return (or exchange) the item or send it back via courier. The item should be in good condition. Please, note that the shipping / delivery cost (including the processing fee) cannot be refunded as the logistic service is provided by our 3rd party partner.

- 04No, there is no limit, however please note that big orders might be reviewed by our management as and when needed. For big orders, please contact us at info@italiancoalition.com (Email subject: "Big Order") as we might provide bulk pricing options. We reserve the right to limit or prohibit orders that appear to be placed by dealers, resellers or distributors.
- 05Yes. We may limit or cancel all or parts of orders placed by or under the same member account, the same credit card, and/or orders that use the same billing and/or shipping address. If we do change or cancel an order, we will attempt to notify you by contacting the e-mail, billing address, and/or phone number you have submitted with the order. A refund or a partial refund through the same payment method will follow.
