  • How can I exchange or return my purchases?
    If you are not satisfied with the item or made a wrong purchase, you may choose to get a refund (or exchange) within 7 days of purchase. Please, contact us via email at info@italiancoalition.com (Email subject: "Return" or "Exchange"). You will have an option to drop by at our warehouse - Location: #03-386, 202 Kallang Bahru, Singapore 339339 - and return (or exchange) the item or send it back via courier. The item should be in good condition. Please, note that the shipping / delivery cost (including the processing fee) cannot be refunded as the logistic service is provided by our 3rd party partner.
  • When will I get my refund?
    Refunds might be immediate or take a few business day, depending on the type of payment method you have used. We recommend paying through HitPay > PayNow QR for a quicker refund process.
  • What if the item I ordered online is no longer available or out of stocks?
    If an order is cancelled or partially cancelled due to stock shortage, we will inform you via email and refund the related amount. When an item is out of stock or not available, you may click on the ‘Notify When Available" button in the product page, to be notified after replenishment.
  • Is the number of products I can purchase online limited?
    No, there is no limit, however please note that big orders might be reviewed by our management as and when needed. For big orders, please contact us at info@italiancoalition.com (Email subject: "Big Order") as we might provide bulk pricing options. We reserve the right to limit or prohibit orders that appear to be placed by dealers, resellers or distributors.
  • Can my order be cancelled?
    Yes. We may limit or cancel all or parts of orders placed by or under the same member account, the same credit card, and/or orders that use the same billing and/or shipping address. If we do change or cancel an order, we will attempt to notify you by contacting the e-mail, billing address, and/or phone number you have submitted with the order. A refund or a partial refund through the same payment method will follow.
  • What payment methods do you accept for online orders?
    We accept the following payment methods: HitPay PayNow (Recommended) Debt/Credit Cards AliPay GrabPay Shopee Pay PayPal We recommend choosing HitPay > PayNow QR payment methods. It enables a quicker refund process should there be any need. Please, contact us via email at info@italiancoalition.com (Email subject: "Payment Method"), if you wish to pay through a different method.
  • When will my credit card be charged?
    When you place the order.
  • Is it safe to shop on your website?

  • Is it safe to pay on your website?

  • How to know the status of my delivery?
    Ready status is defined as order is placed and being processed by Guardian Completed status is defined as order is packed and handed over to our 3rd party logistics partner.
  • Where can my order be delivered?
    We can deliver your order to any address within Singapore mainland (except no-go zones / restricted areas). Alternatively, you can pick up your orders at our warehouse.
  • How long does it take to get my order delivered?

  • How can my order qualify for free delivery?
    We are unable to offer free delivery as the logistic service is provided by our 3rd party partner.
  • How can I choose my preferred delivery time?
    Please, choose EXPRESS DELIVERY option during checkout and contact us via email at info@italiancoalition.com (Email subject: "Delivery Time"), if you wish to receive your order at a specific time. We will do our best to help. Please note, that for STANDARD DELIVERY and FAST DELIVERY options, we are unable to choose a specific delivery time slot as the logistic service is provided by a 3rd party partner unable to accomodate the request.   • What should I do when the package is damaged upon delivery?
    In the event that the delivered package is damaged, please indicate the damage on the Airway Bill upon signing off the package with our delivery provider.
  • Can I order to other countries outside of Singapore?
    At the moment, we deliver only within Singapore.
  • Can I collect my online orders from the warehouse?

  • Can I change the delivery option or recipient details after I have placed my order?
    Please, contact us as soon as possible via email at info@italiancoalition.com (Email subject: "Delivery Option" or "Recipient Details"), if you wish to change the delivery option or the recipient's details after placing the order. We will do our best to accomodate your request, provided the order has not been sent out already.
  • Will I be notified upon delivery or when my order is ready for collection?
    Yes. For all DELIVERY options, our courier service will send a message to notify of the delivery. For SELF PICK-UP option, we will notify you when the order is ready.
